What we collect

When you join the OneEden pilot, we collect the details you choose to give us in the signup form:

• your name and email address;
• your phone or WhatsApp number and your city and country, if you add them;
• the circles you tell us interest you.

We also record the date and time you signed up.

How we use it

We use these details only to contact you about OneEden and the pilot, to plan member circles and experiences, and to understand where our community is.

We do not sell your details or share them with advertisers.

Where it is stored

Signup details are stored in a private Google Sheet that only the OneEden team can access. Google processes this data on our behalf under its own security and privacy terms.

How long we keep it

We keep your details while the pilot and your membership continue. You can ask us to delete them at any time.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you, or stop hearing from us, by emailing hello@oneeden.co.
